Iris

Bearded Iris is like the punk rocker of the 80s. They can sport big wild hair, exciting patterns, or mismatched colors. Blooms open in stages as they stair-step down tall stems, leaving you with flowers for a week as long as you discard the spent buds. My White Iris holds a special place in my heart as a heirloom passed down from four generations of gardeners in my family.
